Grant Writing Coordinator / Administrative Assistant

Typical assignments will include:

  • Tracking grants in Excel

  • Proofreading grant applications including budgets

  • Updating client files

  • Building and updating grant templates

  • Grant research using Foundation Directory Online

  • Grant writing including budget building

  • Supporting and/or writing newsletters and communications

  • Correspondence associated with projects

  • Scheduling in person/virtual meetings with stakeholders

  • Coordinating all meeting logistics

  • List building and maintenance

  • Recruiting stakeholders and participants for small group discussions

  • Other duties as assigned to support the team

  • Routine use of Outlook, Word, Excel, Mailchimp & Constant Contact

One year of experience in providing organizational and administrative supports. Grant writing experience is not required, but is a plus.


Bachelor’s degree in public policy, political science, marketing, communications, public administration, or related field preferred. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of some education.
