Services
SPPG has a long list of services – how can we provide so many different services and do them all well? Because they fit together, and they fit the “one-size-doesn’t-fit-all” nature of our clients. As years pass and times change we adapt our services to stay at least 10 minutes ahead of the pack.
SPPG is not the kind of consultant that has a meeting with a new client, disappears for a couple of months, and comes back to tell our clients “the answers.” If that is what you may be looking for, keep searching.
We approach working with our clients much the same way we approach one another in the office. We’re focused, pretty intense, very transparent, and tend to enjoy working hard on behalf of our clients and their priorities. We like to get up to speed quickly and engage with those who retain us to confirm scope and direction of the services.
Rarely does a client only avail themselves of only one SPPG service. Packaged together, services provide an effective return on investment of time and resources. For example, clients often seek process facilitation in combination with a survey or focus groups that help inform the decision-making process. Likewise, planning frequently ties in with training or materials and web development. A survey may lead to community engagement, outreach, or advocacy to leverage the impact of survey findings. You get the point. With SPPG you can get an array of integrated services from an experienced team.
Speaking of SPPG’s staff, we always work in teams to give our clients the combination of expertise, skills, and capacity they need. Another benefit of that team approach? Redundancy. If one team member gets the flu, the work doesn’t just sit there, undone, until she returns.
